Mystery Coral and Bivalves

Can anyone identify the types of corals and bivalves in these photos? The corals are both about 1" across and the bivalve is about 3" long. On the second bivalve I see some type of filter feeding worm and a red tunicate on another mussel. I would appreciate any and all IDs.

Bivalves are Turkey Wing. Second picture is some type of open brain coral. Third picture is a cup coral, Oculina.

Does the last picture look like this when polyps are closed? Seems like a Favia fragum. Also called golf ball coral.

Did you take them straight out of the ocean?

The polyps are not merged together like the Favia. It is likely a cup coral as mtfish said. And yes, these came straight out of the ocean. I got all of these critters on live rock from my LFS.
