My fish are breathing heavily and flashing on sand and rock. Focusing heavily on the head and gill area. At times my wrasses also bob so their heads are above the water line, shaking their heads furiously. Their bodies are spot free. They still eat well.
Remaining live fish are yellow coris wrasse, leopard wrasse, radiant wrasse, pearl scale butterflyfish and flagfin angelfish. ( a yellow watchman goby and coral beauty angel perished prior to Treatment.

I have run all fish through 30+ days of copper power at 2.0 using a Hanna checker religiously.
I have used multiple bottles of Prazipro. This last dose I gave them 2x the recommended dose
I have also fed metroplex and kanaplex with focus.

After finishing these treatments I decided to do a freshwater dip, assuming I would find Prazipro resistant flukes (white sesame style). To my surprise a lot of black flecks come off. I will try to attach photos. Any advice is appreciated!! I have been trying to cure them for 2 months now :(

White bowl all that came off one fish after the dip. There were 3 larger odd pieces. I placed one of the larger jelly masses on a blue plate beside a small formula one pellet for size reference. I used a small microscope, it revealed many more dots invisible to the naked eye. The large black dots within this mass had movement inside. Any ideas?!?

I had to do hypo a couple of times for prazi resistant flukes. I'm not sure what those black spots are, perhaps black ich? Hopefully someone more knowledgeable than I will chime in.

I have pulled 2 of them from a hospital tank. I am going to try tank Transfer every three days with a freshwater dip in between each bucket.

I have all the sick fish in three different tanks at the moment. I will start dropping salinity on one and see how it goes.

I actually expected to see white sesames (flukes) when I did the dip but all I see is black. I was very surprised. Is there a prazi resistant strain of black ich as well?

Thank you for the input dwwataz :)
