Found this pic on a Japanese LFS'a website and have no clue what it is. I tried using Google Translate but the name I get is "morning glory" which isn't very helpful.
The tails reminds me of certain deepwater Anthias, genus Odoanthias, of which several are found in Japanese waters. TBO I'm not 100% sure it's a Marine fish, but the other fish in the background(albeit in other tanks) are Marine.
Any ideas?

Definitely a juvenile of some species in the family Carangidae, not likely suitable for the average captive environment.

They're saying it's a juvenile horse mackerel.... (see image) but that is not correct. It is a juvenile and likely a Carangidae, though (as mentioned above)

Very cool and stunning fish regardless of what it is, I'll definitely be following along now to find out what it is!

It looks tiny. Could very well be a post larval hose mackerel.
