Thats what we said, but it's some kind of bottom dwelling fish. It swims like and eel and has an extra set of fins it uses to walk on the sand. We are positive it's not a dragon wrasse.
 
It almost looks like a dusky jawfish, but I am horrible with ID's.
 
thanks for the input everyone for the help. I finally found out that its an Emerald Blenny

I had one, I couldn't ever get an ID on it. It is a type of fish that is found in seagrass's, and that is all the further I got with the ID, maybe a type of Sargassum fish if memory serves me right. Mine didn't last long...
