Mystery food

So I watch a lot of random reef videos online and occasionally see a blob of putty like substance pressed onto the glass for fish to eat it seems to be pretty long lasting as I don't see any chunks being taken was wandering what this mystery food is cause when my tangs get bored they pull frags off my frag rack lol

Its an amazing food when you are not available all day to feed your frequently food needy fishes like blue start leopards, Copperband butterflies and anthias. I am using it and have amazing response from the fishes.
My blue start wrasses and anthias go crazy for it ...
Best part is you can add other elements like selcon , mysis shrimps and reef roids food for sps too and have them feed for hours .
