Hi, this little guy has come in as a hitchiker on some coral. I found him when dipping and I'm not sure if hes hood or bad. Hes really tiny about 5mm. Can anybody I'd him please?

Appears to be in the Mithrax family to me. It looks like it has flat, spoon-like claws for scraping algae off rocks. I'd let it stay, personally.
 
When it doubt, be safe and put it in the sump.
