Hi guys, I’ve had a theory from a local reefer but wondered what you guys reckon, I had 42 that had to be moved, they went in a koi vat using my sump, I’ve had some of my fish for 5 years, the last added fish was Oct 19 and all the fish have been in good health with only the odd spot of ich on my pyramids now and again, all was well for for 3 weeks after the move, I then did a tank break down as there was a couple of fish I wanted so added them to my system, the fish added looked in perfect health, had been in there tank for over 6 months with no health issues at all, 6 days ago I started to loose fish, 6 days later out of my 42 fish I have 5 left! Now the surprising bit to me is the extra fish I added are all still alive and look in good health! Can anyone tell me what might be going on here? I’m guessing it’s Brook, water quality is good! Many thanks for reading

Sorry for the losses

Have any pictures?

From you timeline brook or velvet are the likely offenders because they Have such quicker lifecycles than ich or tubelarians.

From the The sore on naso tang, if isnt from scavenging afterwards.

The metro follow up treatment will also treat brook.

I have not had issues running metro and copper together in qt fwiw. First starting at 1ppm copper adding metro every other day for 14 days. And increasing copper slowly over 3-4 days to 2.0 ppm(chelated copper)

I saw the patch on the naso before it died and it was like a whiteish smear
