Mystery LED Tube Strip Light

I bought a T5 light and it came with a 48" led strip light. I am trying to figure out if its trash or worth mounting to the T5 fixture. I suspect its garbage, but hoping someone can identify it.

Approx 76 LEDs.
Power adapter model: SAW24-138-1200.
Power adapter says http://www.szyingyuan.com on it.

Don’t know why it would be garbage. It’s supposed give extra blue light to color up the coral

I don't know that it's strong enough. Not sure I see a difference with it on or off. I think the 8 bulbs in the T5 wash it out.

Let me guess:
Power supply is "possibly" 15v 1a
SAW24-138-1200, 15V 1A,

Common wattage of those diodes is probably about .2W each.
Gets weird since there are 3 "emitters" per diode..but anyways, bottom line.. pretty weak in relation to others..
