I just set up a 210 / 220 Gallon FOWLR tank. It came with 2 older style skimmers. I am trying to get either of them working until I can get a new SRO or SWC that will fit in the sump. Does anyone know what these are and how I can get them to work for a month or 2 while I'm waiting? I have a 9" water height, in a 16"Deep x 9.5" Wide sump section. I have tried new air stones, 2 different pumps- a RIO 2500 and a new Sedra 3500 needle wheel skimmer pump. Trying to valve both the intake drain flows to attain the best pull. The smaller of the 2 has a sticker on it call a Seaquest "made in usa" Any help appreciated.

the seaquest is an easy skimmer to get running you use the water return line to adjust how fast the water leaves the skimmer thus giving it more time to perform properly. migh want to ad some valves to the lines also to adjust how much air it sucks in
