I'm also now leaning towards a sea cumber. I believe it could be a see-through sea cucumber, or Paracaudina australis.Welcome to Reef2Reef!
As has been mentioned, this is most likely either a huge worm species or a sea cucumber. Personally, I'm leaning toward sea cucumber, but I'd likely need to see the specimen's mouth to know for sure.
Some cucumbers you could look at pics of to compare with are Synaptula spp. (such as Synaptula lamperti) and Chiridota spp. (such as Chiridota laevis).
