Picked up this frag 6 days ago, new to SPS.

Wondering why it's in rough shape. Checked for nudis 3h after lights out, found nothing. Any help appreciated.

Should grow fast, seems to grow and color the same for me at any placement in tank. I do have it in the lower third right now and still colorful but definitely growing slower now which I don't mind. Can't give you any params as I havnt tested anything in 3 months but my tank is on cruise control and my manual dosing is too. It just might need time to acclimate better.

I usually start montis at around 75-100 par, then gradually bump up to around 150. How long is your peak photoperiod?

Apparently these hide at night and do their sneaky business in broad daylight. Found an egg sack on the frag rack too.
