Mystic sunset and superman monti help

What's the best place to keep a mystic sunset monti? High light or low? High flow?

Also same for a superman monti.

My mystic and superman look like they're getting whiter and not putting their polyps out as much. The mystic almost on the bottom of my 150, but directly under a 250W MH. Gets good flow too. The superman is in a shaded area with less flow.

My jedi mindtrick monti is in a little more shaded area with good flow and is holding it's color great.

What do I need to do to make these corals happy?

how is your cal/alk? i have both of mine up high under 2 175w halides.

My calcium is 408 and my alk is a little low, but my pH is fine 8.2. All my other corals (mostly SPS) are doing great.

from what i noticed the superman like's light, im not sure on the mystic but i think it does to!

my superman is in the upper half of my tank, and doing great.

get the alk up. if cal is low usually alk would be high. whats he magnesium level?

All the montis I have loves light. I get the best color with high light.

Put the superman where there's more light. I placed mine under a small ledge, and it's hurt pretty bad. I've since moved it to the top third of the tank. Hopefully it'll recover soon.

What's the best way to increase my alk?
