Nítrate dosage question

Hi, I need to dose 170.23 ml into my tank to up the ppm by 6 using NeoNitro.
Should I dose the amount slowly with a peristaltic pump, or should I just dose it all at once? thanks!

I doubt it matters, but there’s no reason to not split it up or dose by pump if you have one.
