That thing is crazy looking.. maybe in the name of reefing science you could see if it bites or stings when touched ;):D

Did a search and I think it looks like a polychaete from the family Amphinomidae. Fire worms are in that group, so I suggest you use someone else's finger ;)

We got a cold water Amphinomidae called Sea mice once. So cool! :)

Enduring the B+ pair, I did clean the glass this morning, the stubborn stuff is removed once every few months, I can get pics of most things!
I don't really view it from the front! ;)
