I cancelled the new tank today, Poto and my flame were staying in here as they got on really well, currently trying to catch the naso, one of my five dream tangs, as it has damaged the fff twice now and keeps making the midas hit the net cover, the new tank was for the naso and 4 others, the scopas' were going in as well and my other two scopas were going in here.
I need to take a step back.

17-17 hours and the naso left the tank.

Because I have cancelled the new tank the naso has to go.
Likes to swim.
Blade attacked the fox face twice.
Keeps the midas blenny bouncing off the netting.

It is one of my dream fish but it needs more room, I hope whoever gets it can feed it!
 
I learned something today due to my good actions, I can't work in an lfs!

I fed my girls and my mate's gem the magic red macro algae as normal whilst I was in there, ... ;)

... when this virus thing was kicking off I helped at my lfs for a couple of weeks, mostly live stock deliveries being acclimated, one of the fish was a juvi gem tang.
It was sold before it hit the shop (no pressure Simon) and is doing well three months later.
I hand fed it macro today, first try, it made me very sad, it wants to graze all day and needs it's veggies not what people think they need.

The naso spent the night in the sump and went back to the lfs earlier.
When the young lady took the bag out of the tub she looked and said "now that is a solid chunk of fish!" ;)
We floated the bag in their 180 G big fish tank, a smaller sohal went mental trying to get into the bag, we moved it to the tank next door!
That tank has about 20 baby tangs in it and my old cherub, I left before she acclimated it.
I feel really bad about taking it back as it is one of my dream 5 tangs but seeing I'm not doing the new tank now it was only going to get worse. :(
The tank is very peaceful and all the fish are out more, even the fff. :)

I fed the girls at the shop today, the baby one almost took the macro from my fingers. ;)

I am seriously considering finishing the acclimation box and trying to add them to the twins!

We have a re-boot, nothing serious but we need to get things happy again at the same time.
This is what we have to play with, I am getting a test at my lfs on Sunday.
I need to top up my macro, the naso ate loads!
I am skimming it hard to start with, not changing carbon or adding phos media until I get results, as I am not dosing the big tank much now and because the naso is out I sort of have a blank canvas!

I was having a little telepathic chat with the engineer goby.
"dang dude you are looking great, how big are you?"
The engineer goby swam out of its favourite spot, did a small loop and swam back in again, I am going to say ten inches plus and as thick as a finger! :)
