Thanks big guy, you also need to get your crap sorted, that is not a good thing.
I slept 8 - 10 hours last night, a bit restless but not really broken.
I just went to the supermarket and managed without sweating or having a rest, I didn't go out yesterday but on Friday I struggled to do one lap of my local mini market.

Sounds like heading in right direction Sleep is huge I got 5 hours but it was deep real sleep so feeling feisty today lol.

Doing well, there are two different flakes it takes every time now plus any frozen I have tried, constantly grazing so I am adding random macros into the flow that it chases down.
Non of my fish have names, Poto only got a name because he was special.
