I tried a porcelain crab once. 2 days after I put it in, poof, gone

They can be a bit sensitive to acclimation IME, you might have just been unlucky!

Experiment for my lfs, kind of spooky after the previous post!
Someone had some of my Lakers a few years ago, nice colony now but completely over run with this.
I grabbed a piece of rubble to see if it gets eaten or not in my tank, it's likes stiff gha!
Green star polyps frag in and a porcelain crab I have had on order for weeks, pics when they come out!

I have a Blue Porcelain Crab (had him before I got my purpley Anemone Porcelain Crab), and I recently saw him for the first time in 45 days. He is beautiful, but really thin and just wedges in the rock all day.

Maybe yours will make an appearance.

I had to over expose the nem as he is underneath, fishing away happily under the still stightly reserved nem!

I'm at work so I will need to check my pictures when I get home, about a year I think.
It gets hand fed and is a great little character, sometimes if I am trying to take pics it puts it's nose to the glass right in front of the lens!
