I have tried 4 foods since it went in, it has eaten all 4 types, it needs to get it's diet adjusted, fingers crossed!

Ours eat Seriatopora as well as Acropora
Never seen them eat anything else(but it's hard to feed and look at the same time, front window is in another room..
). Sounds like you're doing well if it's eating what you offer. Good job!

I had the acrylic rings cut a few years ago, I still use my viewing plate!
That is in position 1, been there for about 2 hours now, third feed into it just done.
I will be getting an auto feeder tomorrow!

an hour later.
After feed 5 with the ring in place, all foods added to the ring, it is a scavenger, it is pecking at leather - gorg - sps, I think I know why, ... !

Interesting, I have spent 5 days observing it, I just set up an auto feeder to feed 6 times a day whilst I am at work, it appears to be a happy little scavenger!
It has pecked sps, lps and softies, I am am still quietly confident!

It’s a absolutely stunning fish, hopefully he will not be to much of a pain. feeding him until he’s about to “pop” sound like a good plan

Serious, if it is around corals and spots a "bit" in the water column it goes for it!

Day one with the auto feeder set to feed small amounts six times a day whilst I'm at work, it has settled great with all the fish except the gcg and is spending way less time with the corals!

I want to do a post on the file fish but I wouldn't be able to keep up!
It really is swimming around like a community fish, early doors still, I really need to get a good pic of it and it's little pudgy tummy.
