Wyze cameras are super easy. Andrew has one hooked up on his tank. Can watch his phone when he is visiting grandparents. I think I got his for 25.00(19.89pounds). The resolution is pretty decent and there is a 3rd party app to stream.

I have a go pro in a drawer somewhere, I bought it a couple of years ago and couldn't get it to talk to the computer, slung it in the drawer and gave up!
