I looked at this from the desk and was trying to figure out why it looked less fluffy!
It rocked in the flow, yeh that would annoy it! ;)

The remains of one of my other nps, it moved to this spot, deep shade.
I do try and keep it clean, it is also by my larger dendro so gets fed the same, you hang in there little guys! :)

Gotta be flow issues, what I mean is, it's not lacking flow, but the type of flow that reminds them they're still in the ocean. How long you have it, Sir Najer

I wish more people did macros in their displays.
This is gracilaria curtissae, grows slowly in bush shapes, non invasive, the only 5 reasons I don't put it in the display is flow, the other 4 are fish!
I am going to move it all into the s tank, if I can get it to attach I have a chance of at least trying it! ;)

I tried, but my tangs ate it immediately when I wasn’t looking! Lol

Some of the non invasive macro algae is beautiful, like for example the one you have.

i would get some more but they will just eat it.

Because I have the cube end there is always macro for my fish to eat.
I moved all the red bits into the little tank last night, if I can grow it out for a bit I will try one piece in the cube and then add a clump to the display.

That’s basically what I did. I grew some in the refugium I had for a while so it was bigger.

Then I cut some and glued it into place. And then it ‘disappeared’! Lol

This was an fts looking down this morning, I cleaned out a lot of the old prolifera yesterday and added the rest of the red macro.
I did this angle to show the pink leather.
... was the fts!

The mag has traveled at least 8 feet in the past 3 days and it suddenly dawned on me this morning why.
... ok, not exactly why but I think it was trying to escape my water!
This is on the desk end glass, I submerged a jug, popped it off and moved it to the s tank, salinities balanced yesterday.
It was still nice and sticky and grabbed hold in the s tank in about 20 seconds.
I guess we will see. ;)
New fts to follow. :)

I have been avoiding taking this pic, this is what is left of the Dis Waltney (made up name), I am thinking of fragging it tomorrow and giving it to a mate to look after, dark but looks quite healthy!

I see NoTHing in the pic to be ashamed of.
