I need help!

I came down this morning to a main computer that died, rip Samsung you gave me years of great service.
So now I have a new main monitor and need to know how these pics look, too bright, too dark etc please.
The first two are in the cube so old led lighting.
Still one pair of T5s to come on in the display.

No joy catching the timor wrasse, close call earlier, this fish is soooo fast!
I am going to remove the trap in the morning and let the fish mingle, I need the wrasse in the cube as I am thinking of pulling the scape apart to get it out, mimics will be cared for.
