name my aquarium

I have a 26 gallon aquarium with live rock and live sand...I have 4 snails and 4 hermit crabs...I am going to put 3 or 4 fish and some soft corral...would this be called a reef tank?

what kind of light and filtration do you have? I smile because I just bought my girlfriend a 25 gal tank setup and she has all hermits and a starfish and a couple shrooms and could totally hear her asking the same type of question..

I have a 850gph circulation wave pump and a 100 watt submersible heater and a 30'' high output T5 ...duel lamp..I will be getting a filter skimmer soon...and that will be it for now...I am just starting out and am not sure about all the other wonderful things people use for their aquariums...I look at the stuff but it scares me...lol

A pair of small clowns and maybe one other small fish would be all I would put in there fish wise. I started with a 25 gallon and quickly upgraded due to wanting bigger fish.

I was thinkin' I would really love to have 2 clown fish...a pistol shrimp and goby..ad maybe one more small fish....is this doable in a 26 gal tank?

Yea thats doable.. I love the goby shrimp combo. I had a bedroom simbiotic tank that this reminds me of.. Get a nice rbta and a pair of nice clowns.. Will be so cool to watch.. Firefish are nice but they are jumpers

You can have a very successful reef tank with the equipment you have. If you faithfully do your water changes you can prevent all sorts of problems from ever happening. I have a 36g and kept 7 fish, LPS and a crocea clam in it for the past year with doing 4g/week WCs and similar equipment.
Just wondering, is your tank a bowfront?
