Name of this wrasse

Believe it's a blue striped tamarin wrasse. I'll let someone else give info on it as I've got no experience

Blue striped tamarin, very expensive and fairly difficult fish. Probably around $1000 dollars. Look for mouth damage and swim bladder damage (odd swimming, pointing down, etc). Sometimes difficult to get eating. It sleeps in the sand. The males are not as pretty.

Anampses femininus, known to us as the Femininus wrasse. Very hard to keep, same level of care as an Achilles IME. They don’t take nicely to aggression so I wouldn’t put it in your tank. They’re highly sensitive fish to parameter swings, any form of aggression, rarely eat properly ect.

So, you’d probably want a slightly more boisterous wrasse with tangs.
Hm, Jades can be 50/50 on how bad they actually are so I wouldn’t risk it unless you feel INCREDIBLY lucky, when I’m at my LFS I’ll grab a few names of wrasses that work well with the fish you own.
A list of the species in the tank would work (it’s a 4’x2’x2’ tank right?).

The tangs are fine with new comers bit aggression with goldflake and the lemonpeel when i first added the goldflake

Thanks! Yeah it’s the same dimensions as mine (Mines 4’x2’x18” but I round the 18 inch to 2 foot). Can definitely help you!

From what I’ve been told, Anampses neoguinaicus is more boisterous so may be a good choice if you want a harder to keep wrasse. I’ll grab some names and photos at the LFS
