This is centralized to my over flow. I'm not sure if it's in my pipes, but should I be worrying?

Looks like red grape caulpera. Did you ever introduce it into the tank at any point?

It looks like Red Grape algae, Botryocladia

I did in fact have some in my refugium that broke apart and died. So are you saying my tangs could be having a chow fest in this?
