Name that fish!!

So I’m a fisherman in the Florida Keys and I have a permit that allows me to keep marine life. Recently I set up a couple aquarium store displays and I plan to sell my fish to a local wholesaler. Just today I caught this fish. In my marine life book it says it’s a white spotted filefish, however I did a little looking around and saw a picture that said it was a clown filefish.

does anybody out there have any info on this guy and if he or she could be enjoyed in someone’s aquarium? please forgive the screenshot picture

Whitespotted Filefish and please use emergency for a situation where fish are dying, tank has crashed or electrical issue
They feed on algae, gorgonians, hydroids and sponges.
