Name this chalice!?!?

I should be moving soon and need to liquidate a bit of my stock. Chalices aren't really my thing(could you tell from the name?), but if someone could please help identify this chalice, and give an appraisal as I am unaware of the current market value for it.

While this is a nice looking chalice, I am unaware of an actual name for it. We do not allow price fishing threads, however, so I am going to lock this thread. You will need to decide on a price.
