Name This Fish

I just saw this posted (was a video...I just captured some pics) by a somewhat local fish store. I've never seen one. Anyone know what it is?

Juvenile Epinephelus flavocaeruleus(check the spelling on that). It's a grouper. Gets big, very predatory, and doesn't keep that bright coloring.

Epinephelus flavocaeruleus, or Blue Yellow Grouper, Coral Cod. They get over 2' when mature.

I figured it was a grouper but have never seen one. Too bad they don't stay small.
