I was at the LFS and they were calling this a Male McCoskers Wrasse. Doesn't look right to me so I have to ask, what is it? I checked the fish ID section and the best I can come up with is a Red Parrot/Redfin Fairy Wrasse.

Those red and white fairies are tricky. I'm going win C. Joanallenae due to the all black ventral fin. C. Rubripinnis would be my second guess which is a little more likely due to how common it is.

Possibly C. joanallenae. Would need a clearer pic to confirm.

C rubriventralis would be my second guess.

So based on the responses I got and looking the likely candidates up I would venture a guess that $69.99 is to much for this fish? (sarcasm) Thank you for all the help everyone.

I had that one a little while back for about a year and the IDs were what the above are giving. I thought mine was rubripinnis based on all the searching I did but I wasn't sure. He was a really hardy fish but I had a leopard turn male in my tank and he bullied him to the point where he didn't make it.
