Hey guys
I'm back in to the hobby after 2 deployments and an IED lol. I started back up with this cool looking 10g bowfront I found at a petsmart but I'm thinking bout upgrading to a 29g I have in my garage. I have a Eshopps Nano skimmer, a small Zoo med cannister filter running Carbon, Coralia One powerhead and a Fluval Marine Reef LED light that my corals LOVE. I only have a few shrooms, 2 zoas and small frag of some GSP. I got the GSP when I ordered 3 nudibranchs for my Aiptasia problem. They got out of control, Nudibranch was best purchase ever! I dose my tank with Brightwell NanoCode A and B. This week I am going to be picking up 2 reactors. One to replace the cannister for carbon and the other for Rowaphos for a small phosphate problem I have. Before people get all crazy on me, I have a TBI so I tend to be "special" but this reef tank puts my PTSD at ease so I'm loving it! What recommendations do you guys recommend me doing to making my tank amazing. I was reccommended the ecoTech vortech but after reading online I see some people saying they are overrated. I know I need to do something with my flow because I have dead spots behind my rock which is one reason i am thinking of switching my tank to the 29g. Thanks guys!

So I Stopped dosing my tank, took off the canister and since it is a small tank started using Nutri Sea Water noticed some great changes to my tanks. I am still getting the reactors this weekend. I see some people perfer BRS BRS Bulk GFO Granular Ferric Oxide - High Capacity over RowasPhos. Any thoughts?

glad to hear the nitri sea water is working for you. I think I might switch to the 29 gallon if you're going to be dosing and all that. You could probably maintain your 10gallon with regular water changes.

I'm sorry to hear about your brain injury - it sounds like you have taken it in stride. Thank you for your service. It's good to know that the hobby has such positive medicinal effects!
