I've recently set up this 5 gallon tank and I pretty sure it's going along well I have a 7 watt led light and then a led light for the blue, white and red lights everything looks to be going along fine

Small and powerful, get it going and before you know you playing with the big boy tanks.
 
Nice! One thing - invest in a refractometer over the swing arm salinity tool you are using. $40 bucks, and TONS more reliable and accurate. You also might consider raising your salinity to 1.025-26, which is natural sea water, if you are going to be keep any inverts or corals.
