I'm looking for a stand for a nano tank that I just purchased. It's a UNS 3N tank. Measurements below. I'm assuming it will hit around 60 lbs. Do you think this stand end table would work? It's much larger, so the tank would have to be supported in the middle of the table, or pushed off to the side. The table itself says it can hold 100 lbs.

Struggling to find nano furniture.

3G of Water = 24 Lbs (Which you'll probably realistically end up with 2.7 in the tank)
+ maybe 7-10 lbs of LR = 31-34 Lbs. Sand, Coral, Fish will off set the missing .3 gallons totaling around 31-34 lbs.

I'd say you'd be hardpressed to get more than that in live rock in a 3G system.

Don't stress 40Lbs, almost any furniture or stand you get should hold it. As long as you don't constantly spill water like I do. It'll last for years.
