Not trying to go pass 200 less is more my option. Was going to try metal halide even though the heat issue (150w odysea) had a couple of there products with

I just finished building my own led light for me 14g biocube. It's nice because I put what ever color combo of leds I wanted per channel and they are dimmable. It was around $125 for the drivers/ heatsink/ and leds. No hard to do either and rapid led was extremely helpful if I had any issues or questions.

Looks interested also liked the prime but it's going to cost like 200 something for everything.

I recently started a new build and found a gem of a light that I LOVE! The tank hasn't been wet long enough for corals so I can't give my personal experience with coral growth, however there are lots of great reviews for it.

I'm talking about the Aquamaxx Nemolight Nano 18W LED fixture. For only $90 (Marine Depot has it on sale right now for $79), it's an amazing light.

Feel free to check out my Nano Hawaiian Reef build thread and follow along for updates. I have a few photos up with the light on my tank. Let me know what you think!
