I have a 14g biocube that was sitting in one of the kids rooms. Ended up moving it to the living room and cleaning it up a bit.

I also decided to build a "better" media rack for the 2nd chamber. Disregard the excess silicone and my lack of prettiness, but it works.

Updated 72 shot. Not sure why my leather decided to close up. He's now wide open.

I have a 12 gallon cube. Best thing I have ever done for it was cut the rim and lid off and remove the chamber section. On the 12 gallon cube, removing the chamber area added atleast 30% more volume to the display. It's not a bad idea to have a single piece of glass cut and drilled to add a small corner chamber for the pump. Drilled for the return nozzle. I use an aquaclear filter and 100 gph pump in the tank though. Lighting is a BoostLED Par30.

Do you have any pics? I'd like to see your setup.

Took some pictures this morning. It's the most attention this tank has gotten in a very long time.
Don't go telling lies and spreading rumors that this is my main display.
I did manage to get a few good shots of my clown that I like. Overall, it's a neglected tank that use to house a mantis shrimp so the clown is the only thing in the tank. Might not hurt to add a small cleaning crew.

Thing I like most about the BoostLED is that it is very compact. Depending on coral you want to grow, you might need to use a par 38 or larger light rig. I can say that mine could use a lot more light although it is enough for what is in there.

I may go with the rapidled retro fit for LEDs in mine. I'm cautious about running the nano open top because of our cats. I do like that bulb though. I wonder if I could fashion a BRS style cover for it....hmmmm.

BTW. What camera are you using?!
