Nano No More!

My lights finally came! After a week delay, thanks to UPS.

Coralife HO T5's, 4 bulbs (2 10k, 2 actinics) with 4 blue LEDs
If anyone has suggestions on better bulbs, do let me know! I am aiming for mixed reef

Here's some photos.

I have yet taken pics with the LEDs on. I have that set for night time use. Or should I leave that on all times?

and preparing my QT tank. 10 gals. The decoration's there because the tank looks so empty, lol. I will pick up some PVC pipes. When I am ready to get my first fish, I will fill with salt water.

I just need to get floss or sponge to put in the filter, it came with carbon.

Is anyone even looking at this? lol.

I am working on my fish stock ideas- what do you guys think?

2 Clowns (already have in existing tank)
Square Tail Bristletooth Tang
Midas Blenny
Blue Spot Goby
Royal Gamma
One Spot Foxface
(2) Wrasses

Wrasse Options:
Blue Star Leopard Wrasse
Potters Leopard Wrasse
Ornate Leopard Wrasse
Yellow Coris Wrasse
Red Head Solon Wrasse
Melanarus Wrasse
Fairy Wrasse

My tank's finished cycling- ammonia and Nitrites are down to 0. Nitrate is slightly elevated. I am starting to get diatoms now. Will wait till this weekend before doing a water change and leaving it alone for another week (minus ghost feeding) to make sure all is well before moving the contents of my 28 gal over.

I switched my bulbs to ATI Blue +, Purple +, and Coral +. The colors are much better!!

My Yellow Cromis Wrasse is doing very well in the QT. he's still small, I want to wait till he gets a bit bigger before putting him in the main tank

me too, so bright and energetic!

I haven't done much to the tank lately. basically been letting it sit and cook.

Currently in the tank:
2 clowns
Exquisite Wrasse
Yellow Coris Wrasse
Red Head Solon Wrasse

in QT:
3 Zebra Barred Goby/Firefish
Leopard Wrasse

my Duncans is regaining their color- they were severely bleached out in the old tank. my Sun corals are also doing better- I am seeing the polyps peeking out more often now! Zoa garden is doing well (Though I think a few polyps are melting away)

Today I will be making at trade with someone, 30 lbs of rocks for some corals- maybe I'll try my hand at Acros as I've never had them before. hmm..

Sounds like you are on the right track. I have had my 75g up and running since Nov. 2015. Below is a FTS on 3/6/16 and the 2nd is 8/28/16. You will love the extra room to put corals and fish.

I'm running 2 AI Hydra 52 HD's, but just bought 2 48" t5 retrofit kits to supplement, bc i wanted to reduce the shadowing from the LED's.
