Nano No More!

If you put sand in the sump, I'd have it contained for easy removal - in a tray or something.

I wish I had gotten that advice earlier, lol. I will remember for the future!

It's been a while since I've made an update.. so here's some photos. I've gotten a bunch of frags (not all at once. some were freebies too)
Decided one side (The taller island) will have mostly SPS, and the smaller island will mostly be softies.

not much to update, but I wanted to keep this thread active with a little log.

Not a whole lot has happened in the past month. Everything is doing well! Only one bleached out, possibly dead acro, the others are all puffed and showing signs of growth under the 4-bulb T5 fixture. I am planning on getting an LED bar to supplement with in the next few months to enhance the colors and growth more.

I did get a Square-Tail Bristletooth tang last week, it's still in QT. I am just trying to get it to eat at this point.

My duncans were bleached out (photo in previous post). it's now back to it's healthy brown/tan color! Took about a month for it to return. Not 100% yet, but I am glad it's doing much better now. it's grown a lot too.

I picked up a long-tenticle plate coral today, neon-green color. It looks awesome and I hope it thrives in my tank!

Looks good!!!

They look fantastic!!

than you :)

I am having trouble keeping mag and alk stable at this point. been testing and dosing as needed. Did a 15 gal WC last night.
