nano question

so im looking into getting a nano set up small like 5 gallons strickly coral. would i need to filter or would water changes once a week be enough? would i need a small powerhead?
 
I would use a small power head for sure but as far as the filter goes you could not use one of you did the weekly water change. :)
 
Either the Koralia 240 or the Koralia 425. Both have very small footprints. I was using The Oceanic 250 but found that it was actually too big in my BioCube8. I now use the Koralia 240 and it looks and works great.

A powerhead for sure but as to a filter such as an HOB one: that will depend IME on how heavily you load your tank as if the bioload is high, weekly water changes may not keep your water quality high enough and your corals may be affected by too high a level of PO4 and other nutrients and you may experience algae outbreaks.
