Yikes! Have you figured out the source of your algae problems yet? I've been battling a similar problem with my wife's nano tank but I think I have it under control. What works for me is a tooth brush and weekly water changes . Get in there and start scrubbing, then do a water change and clean your filter once it filters out all the floating algae.

If those Zoas are the only coral you have I would take the rock out and dip it in hydrogen peroxide it will kill all the aglae then scrub the dead algae off with a brush then rise in fresh saltwater.

We have pretty much been using this method. Params tbd, testing tonight

IS that closed thing a zoa. Oops.. On one of my frag plugs I saw one of those things while introducing it to the tank and I thought it was closed aiptasia. I picked off the whole thing with a knife. That could have been bad because dont they have palytoxins? I wasnt wearing gloves or anything but I never came in contact with anything.

If possible, move your corals to another tank(a friends tank or something) and turn off the lights for a few days. Then do a massive water change to remove your nutrients. What filtration are you running?
