After 3 leaks, I feel for you all too well.
First locate the leak and mark the area. You will need to get and use Dow, Aqueon or all glass aquarium sealant.( FORGET ABOUT STUFF LIKE FLEX SEAL AND MARINE SEAL......THEY DONT WORK).
PLACE WATER AND CONTENTS INTO LARGE RUBBERMAID TUB And use your lights, pumps and heater on the tub. Dry tank up and at MARKED area scrape away old sealant at leak area. clean up afterwards with 96% rubbing alcohol and dry well. Apply a nice bead of silicone sealant and smooth it out. Don't celebrate yet.......LET IT DRY FOR AT LEAST 24 HRS.
tHERAFTER, FILL TANK WITH FRESH WATER (this is a leak test)/ If all is good after 20+ mins of sitting, you can repack the tank AND. . .. If you thought about it in the past, Now is the time to do a re-scape or add a cool rock before placing specimens/frags back in tank
