Ok so gonna start work an a 10ltr tank I want to keep cost as low as possible planning on do just soft coral only nothing else and I have a light bye Tmc that is 6500k wondering if this will be ok for soft coral to grow under? When I get started I might put up a build thread for it.

So it's basically an LED grow light?

Sure you could do soft corals, like Xenia, Sinularia, maybe some GSP but I would not try soft corals like Sacrophyton (toadstools). Try some basic mushrooms.
