Nano Tank Maintenance

Howdy. I put a few clips together about about how I clean my 16 gal biocube. I change about 2.5 gallons of water every week. I think with my rock and everything I probably have 12 gallons of water if not less. My corals seem really healthy and im noticing growth. Also I have a kessil 150. please give me any ideas on how I can improve my tank.
