thanks! very useful knowledge here, yes i do already have the tank, just a generic one nothing specialFirst off, welcome to reef2reef! As far as the tank, have you looked at any so far? Or do you already have a 15 gallon tank?
i have a 50 gal fluval hang on the back i heard that would work well to, im just trying to go around and do my research on others opinions, do you think my current filter would work or would you reccomend me buying a canisterCanister filter would be for the best on a tank that size if your keeping it simple, and the orbit marine led fixtures are pretty good for softies and some lps.
Hey man, a tank is a tankthanks! very useful knowledge here, yes i do already have the tank, just a generic one nothing special
the power filter your talking about will work great. You can run a canister but there's no point in spending the money if you don't need to. Softies like stated above are great for beginners.Yes a heater of course, I've owned many freshwater tanks and I thought it was time to look into salt, thanks for all the help guys+1 Yeah its all relative to what you prefer aesthetically and how much you want to spend. the canister is more tedious when it comes to servicing it, the one you have will be very easy to service. ohh and a heater
