I have a 14g Biocube and would like 3 or 4 small fish for it. Right now all I have are corals and while they are fascinating to me my young son would get much more enjoyment if he saw movement in the tank. I'm looking for fish with a 2" max size or under, I would also like bright, active swimmers over say fish that hover or perch. Of course they also have to be coral friendly (at least to zoas/palys)...any ideas?

I love how active my watchman goby is in my nano....most any of the goby / blenny choices would do well, but they do tend to be perchers and not free swimmers (no swim bladder) You could also look at royal gramma, firefish, or pigmy angel.

Well, I added an Ocellaris (Nemo) Clown, a Springeri Damsel (supposedly the least aggressive damsel) and a Skunk Cleaner Shrimp. My son is only 2-1/2 but he already has noticed the fish in the tank and he's very excited about the new additions...I can't wait until he sticks his hand in the tank and the cleaner shrimp cleans it :D.

Keep a very, very watchful eye on the Damsel - you will probably want to remove him when he matures. Even though it is supposedly one of the least aggressive damsels, it doesn't mean it very aggressive when compared to other fish. Also, they get pretty large for a tank that size - I wouldn't put one in my 20g. Most places recommend a minimum tank size of 30g for one of those guys.

The clown will be great though! Just be careful putting your hands in the tank when it gets a little bigger because they LOVE to attack your hands and bite you every time you go in the tank. My 2 clowns are like rabid dogs when I put my hands in the tank.

Actually they are one of the smallest damsels at a max size of 2" according to a couple of web sites and my own LFS so I'm not too worried about him as far as size goes. I know all about putting hands in the tank with clownfish and that's why I'm not too worried about the damsel as I'm positive the clown will hold his own just fine :D.
