Nano UV Sterilzers?

Has anyone had good luck with any nano uv sterilzers? I have a nuvo 40 with a small algae outbreak that i just cant get to go away.

Any thoughts would be helpful!

UV primarily kills bacteria, they can be used to help prevent outbreaks but won’t treat them.

I only use on for a QT setup.
