They have the possibility to mate yes... they are of the same species ! Bigger one is female and smaller is the male if you keep feeding well they will certainly mate

The black one was the biggest. But it seems like the orange one is not too far behind the black one anymore. They are both almost the same size now.

Yeah that happens but one will be slight bigger than the other and that ones your female or if they appear to be the same size it’s whomever shows more dominance is the female, they like to lay their eggs on overhangs and stuff many people put a plant pot in the the tank and they like those !

I’ve been thinking about that. I’m going to pick up a couple of ceramic plant pots. Punch the bottom out and put one upside down and one sideways.

Good idea ! There actually might be a thread or two about breeding here I remember readin them a while ago, try typing in the search bar ?
