Naps tang with hole in side

I have this naso Thang being treated and copper with a green spot in Puffer Fish box fish and blue powdered tang he’s eating but his breathing seems weird like he’s panting almost and he’s staying near the surface I noticed that he had this hole in his side a couple days ago but I thought it was an injury accident but it seems to be getting worse he staying near the surface I’ve been treating with the Mela fix and Prima fix along with copper what should I do

Thank you I am having so many problems with my fish right now I feel horrible it all started with velvet

Maybe a FW dip might help prolong the life until 100% ID'd?

I am scared to do a fw dip worried it will kill him I tried that one time and the fish passed away

I thought it was an injury at first but then the moon kept getting worse and worse and I just started the prima fix and mella fix Friday and I don’t know if it’s working

Going to clean the tank again I just cleaned it yesterday it bothers me so much to see my fish get sick like this I hate seeing them suffer it makes me sad I will send parameters after

can you increase oxygen in water rt now, i agree little skeptical on fw dip rt now, unfortunally this fish does not look good ,how are the other two?

I have an air pump going and the filter has bubbles coming from it I know I don’t want to do a fresh water dip I don’t like doing the freshwater dip and I know he doesn’t look great right now and I would feel like he would die I don’t like doing freshwater dips in general
