These are typical stress spots with Naso tang but assure good acclimation and oxygen provided. Laying down is not a good sign. Be sure to match salinity with that of tank before release alwaysHello

The larger white spots are probably stress spots. I cannot see if the fish has smaller white spots or not.
I've been seeing a LOT of people having issues with blonde Nasos from Indonesia. This has gotten so bad that I'm suggesting people avoid this species.
