Naso stress or ich

She was just introduced last night , did not have this at the LFS only showed it when I added her . She had a bunch of pale splotches on her head last night but they went away. Her color is just now coming back.
She is eating the seaweed and not doing anything weird. Cleaner wrasse has been going at her and she loves him

Can you retake under white lights?
Appears to be Oodinum rather than stress or lymphocystis
Want to confirm before recommending any recourse
 
Most spots are gone after a few hours this morning. Just watching her still.
 
You have multiple posts now with health concerns of the tangs you already have in that tank. Were they ever addressed? Adding fish too quickly in a new undersized tank that already has health concerns is bound to have issues.
 
Other tangs are good, took out a Powder blue tang from my tank which is why I have the naso.
