Naso tang has spots

Hi all, got this Naso last week(from the website that quartines fish) and I've noticed the last couple of days he has a few big spots. Which I believe is too big to he ich. Could it still be parasitic or is it maybe fungal or bacterial? I started treated with metroplex(in the food) but I'm not sure I shouldn't maybe be using a antibiotic like kanoplex instead. Thoughts?

From this image, and considering it's a Naso, I wouldn't be surprised if it is stress spots. But I am spitballing.

Typo for Lymphocystis. That would just go away on its own, provided a healthy environment.

Any way you could get a closer picture?
