About a month ago I noticed my Naso tang had what seemed like a black zit on its side. I figured it was some type of internal parasite due to stringy poop. I’ve been feeding with Metroplex and General Cure. Today I noticed he has two Huge lumps on both sides making him look deformed and he is swimming very unusual. He is completely black and swims almost vertically. I can’t get a good shot but here’s a pic where you can see one of his lumps. Anyone know what’s wrong with him?

The internal parasites, probably flagellates, that have been causing the problems in the digestive system have probably moved into the spinal area causing the odd swimming. Is the fish still eating? If so feed Metro + Neoplex + Food + Focus.

Here's more info on internal problems.

Thanks he’s eating less but still eats. Would a freshwater dip help at all??

FW dips are helpful for external parasites like Ich, velvet, brook, flukes.

The reduced eating is probably due to the internal infection. That's where the Metro (well known for internal treatments) + Neoplex (wide spectrum antibiotic) + Food + Focus (the binder) could be helpful before the fish gets too weak to eat.
