I got a Naso tang 3 months ago, including the initial QT, she has been in and out of display the 3rd time.

She is about 2 inch long. Very picky eater since day one. I only found he eats nori and couple bites on frozen mysis shrimp everyday. She never seem happy in QA: very inactive. When in display, she is looks much happier and active with other fishes around, but the problem is she gets bully by a blue tang and a tomini on and off. Normally, the bully behavior is not bad, but I think she is just too weak.

I personally think she is slowly dying either in QT or display if I don't do anything :-(. She seems to be very tough though consider she has been alive for 3 months.

Yesterday, I found her fins and skins got torn pretty bad, I decided to put her in QA again hopefully she will get stronger. Looking for some suggestions because I also think she may have something wrong:

She eats nori until her belly is swollen and lumpy. Comparing with other tangs/fishes I have, I rarely see her poops. When catching her, she did poops a lot due to the stress when got caught.

Other than that, she lost the orange color in her lip that Naso tangs normally have. In display tank, she show less stress spot, but with stress spots most of the time in QT.

Suggestions how to get her stronger, and/or any possible medication that may be good?

If you can post some pictures that would help. Also what sizeDT? How is her size compared to the others? Let’s start with this

Sounds like you need to make a decision to keep one and remove two until the naso can get stronger. Or rehome the naso to another established tank?

My DT is 100Gallon, primarily fishes and some softy:
One 4-inch blue tang, One 2-inch tomini, one 3-inch foxface, 2 wrassee, 3 clownfishes, 2 chromis, 3 or 4 bottom dwell gobies. Consider very peaceful except the blue tang and tomini doesn't like the naso get too close to them. The blue doesn't like the foxface either, but the foxface just doesn't care since the blue tang cannot do anything about it.

I would definitely agree with Alton. You may have to rehome the Naso. In that small of a system you will have major aggression with that many fish.

I already rehome the Naso, she is in a 20g tank alone now. Actually, since I was able to catch a small ywg, knowing she doesn't like to be alone, she has a company in the QT. For now, I think my key question is whether I need to treat her consider she doesn't poops and get swallon lumpy belly everytime she eats.

I may rehome the naso later, but either way, I think I have to get her stronger first.

If you suspect the fish is constipated, you could boil or soften up a few peas and feed it to her. Tangs will eat peas and it will help them pass the poo. Good luck
